You have just taken a big step towards achieving your piece of the “All American Dream,” Home Ownership! REFAP was designed to assist Buyers, Sellers/Developers and all Real Estate Professionals close transactions by providing professional, consultative services that result in CLOSINGS!

The REFAP concept was created by a Real Estate Broker and a team of associates he was working with in 2002. This team of associates consisted of other Real Estate Professionals, Investors, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Title Companies and Lawyers. They all saw a need to facilitate transactions that would provide financial assistance to any and everyone who wished to purchase real estate. Through extensive research and good ole' fashioned trial and error, they were able to come up with a process that was within compliance of lender, title, mortgage and real estate brokerage procedures. With REFAP created, investors, homebuyers, sellers, developers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers were able to close more transactions and provide housing opportunities for many people who would have otherwise had the door slammed in their face.

With over 40 years of combined Real Estate Experience, on every level and facet, within our Management Department, we are very confident in achieving our mission with our clients and real estate professional affiliates alike.

REFAP works along with Project: Hope For Housing (P:HH). It blindly provides financial assistance for many of the Project's customers who needs assistance. P:HH is a non-profit Home Ownership Center designed to educate, counsel and assist homebuyers throughout their experience. We also help "Hopefuls" with their funding for their piece of the American Dream through various programs! See how REFAP in conjunction with Project: Hope for Housing can help you! With REFAP's funding and P:HH's counseling and education. Clients not only receive the funds they need to make their American Dream come true. They receive the proper education and counseling needed to get a home and sustain their lifestyles. Meanwhile accepting and understanding the responsibilities of home ownership as well. By working with a Homeownership Agency, REFAP assists with the reduction of foreclosures and payment defaults in neighborhoods as well.
